Could some one please help me. I have a Sun E220 with a Syskonnect SK9821 Gig card installed. This is connected to a Cisco 2970 Copper Gig switch. I want to be able to set the configuration of the card so that it runs at 1000mb Full Duplex. But neither MII-TOOL nor ETHTOOL are able to pick up any information on the card. So I can't change it. At the moment, I reckon it's running Auto-negotiate and I'm getting really poor performance out of it.

Please help...
