I'm using mozilla-firefox-1.0-r3 and everytime I hover mouse over a link (<a href=...>) it moves one pixel to the left. Not all links do it - for example, emoticons (those faces on the left, shown when you write a message) does. This problem persisted with a few versions of firefox.
It's not like that I jump out of the window if it doesn't get repaired tomorrow, I'm just curious if you have this problem aswell.

Firefox 1.0 does the same for me but only in kde, in gnome it works fine. I found by passing "-dpi 96" to the x server fixed the problem in kde.

Same problem here using Firefox 1.0 + Gnome 2.8.
Under xfce it works fine.

Any solutions?

Setting the font resolution to 96 dpi (=x server setting) in gnome-font-properties solves this problem.

Thanks, it seems that it solves the problem.
