<caveat type = "reader" content = "Poster is a college student, and a CS major">
I'm a great fan of the whole "suddenly find yourself with an extra hour" thing - it makes my month, every time.
Here's my idea:
Our calendar is rather defective - every four years (give or take) we need to add 24 hours to our system to have it be consistent.
Four years is 48 months, right?
So, let's add an hour to the clock every two months.
No more leap years, and I get to sleep in more every two months.
Granted, I'm a CS major, so whether or not the sun is up makes very, very little difference to me. (And, I'm from Alaska - not seeing the sun for six months at a time is something I'm used to)
