just like chinese people say flied lice? Im sure people as soon as they can "communicate" they dont wanna perfect the way the way they sound as to it is "enough" to get their point through /shrug
the spanish lisping king from what i have research is a myth. languages just tend to change from time and from geographics im sure. so i would assume the "lisping" in spanish ( c, z = th ) just got dropped when moved to south america as some poeple in spain dont pronounce it like that in some parts of spain the farther they are from castille ?? /shrug....like always..i can be wrong. but i mean look at americans.... what happened to our engrish? and why do we not sound like the english from the UK? then im sure theres diff areas ( ca, ny, tx, etc ) diff sounding english as a londoner would have different souding english say from somewhere elese where from the british isle......i also heard quebec french sounds like french spoken from the 17th century....same as 'ladino' sounds like 14th century spanish /shrug _________________ "Argent fa molt, amor fa tot" |

My SOSE teacher says 'axe' and his name's Mr. Humphries too
'axe' is normally a sign of someone from a lower class, because they weren't educated well and the parents didn't care if their children mispronounced words, so the children were never corrected.
In Futurama they say 'axe' as well.
And who was the idiot who put an 's' in lisp? Anyone with a lisp says that they have a lithp... |

Fucking hell, a talking 'orse. how now brown fucking cow. In the north of England, dropping "H"s is commonplace. Nothing to do with ignorance or lazyness, most are quite aware of the so called correct Oxbridge pronounciations but actively choose not to adopt them. We have our own regional identity and language variance. English is not static like Latin, you speak your particular dialect and we shall continue to speak ours. |
fuck your regional identity you speak like morons, learn to speak properly or you just sound like a bunch of assholes |

Sometimes they are just Japanese.

Who farteth. I'll ask the florist to deliver a bunch of arseholes to see what they sound like. Hope they've not been grown on baked beans. I wonder what the correct collective noun is? Maybe "a chorus of arseholes" or a "flatulence" of arseholes sounds about right for the south of England. |
