|
|
I recently changed from internet run through microsoft internet connection sharing to a fancier hardware router. Now I can't use emerge: it resolves the server as [1.0.0.0] which doesn't work so well.
What do I need to change [router settings I assume?] to make emerge happy again?
Thanks in advance. |

Hmmm, you have connecitivy otherwise? Did your mirrors get blotched in /etc/make.conf? _________________ The realOTW: http://forums.realotw.org/index.php

Nope, that doesn't seem to be the problem.
And yes, connectivity works fine for everything else. I can even ping the server and resolve it myself, emerge just won't do it right. |
