Hi,

Anyone used an open-source program to build and maintain websites or homepages? What programs are out there for this sort of thing? I recently came across XWeb, but know nothing about it. Is it any good?

Regards,

Nayan.

Thanks guys,

blufish and quanta I knew about, and had already emerged them. They are just html editors.

I am thinking of proper web-site design and maintenance. I shall check out SCREEM.

Out of interest, do any of you know what tools gentoo uses to build the www.gentoo.org site? It's an example of a pretty good site.

well... calling quanta "just" a html editor is doing it short... read http://quanta.sourceforge.net/main2.php?newsfile=q3release

you could look into zope http://www.zope.org
