How would you like to know when the next version of the Linux kernel is going to be released? Well, I think I have devised a way of at least calculating when It should arrive, given the current average in time between releases. And if the prediction is off, then it can be interpreted that the release is slower or faster than average. (link to page)
These are the dates of future releases (*predictions*)
2.8.0 - May, 4 2006
2.6.10 - Jan, 14 2005
2.4.29 - Feb, 18 2005
2.0.41 - Jan, 24 2006
While your there you can check out the main site. There are about 27 pages. If you can start a new page or edit an existing one.
*note: originally most of the pages were edited copies of wikipedia pages. You can use wikipedia as a start for new pages; or a guide to update old pages. _________________ 2006/2007 Filesystem Poll?

Ah, that makes sense. Seems like an ambitious goal, and I wish you luck. If I have extra time (kinda big if for the mean time) I'll probably contribute. _________________ What is the best [insert-type-of-program-here]? |

| Yeah dude, get it off of sourceforge. There's really cheap hosting out there that's much better than sourceforge, especially for a website that uses the database so much. You may even be able to find someone who is willing to donate free hosting. |
