I'd like my machine to go into sleep mode occasionally How do I set this up? I'm using 1.4rc1 and GNOME. |

Hi,
after emerging pmud get a commandline anf say snooze:
zappa $ snooze
or even better write a desktop entry like this KDE one:
[Desktop Entry]
Comment[de]=
Encoding=UTF-8
Exec=/sbin/snooze
Icon=/home/miez/.kde/share/icons/Crystal/32x32/apps/tux.png
MimeType=
Name[de]=Snooze
Path=
ServiceTypes=
SwallowExec=
SwallowTitle=
Terminal=false
TerminalOptions=
Type=Application
X-KDE-SubstituteUID=false
X-KDE-Username=
just have a look into one of your Gnome entries and you should be off. |
