Does anyone here know of some good documentation or a how-to or such for making DockApps (you know, like the little wm things like wmfishtime, wmmon, etc)? Thanks for any help you could give me.

Never done it myslef, but there's libdock in the Portage tree, which a lot of DockApps use
Code:
*  x11-libs/libdockapp
      Latest version available: 0.4.0-r1
      Latest version installed: 0.4.0-r1
      Size of downloaded files: 144 kB
      Homepage:    http://www.minet.uni-jena.de/~topical/sveng/wmail.html
      Description: Window Maker Dock Applet Library

and there's WMApp which is a small graphics library used to help write DockApps. This is not the same wmapp that's in the portage tree.
