Can somebody please give me a clue how to emerge for example gnome without mozilla as a dependency?

Mozilla is a dependency on Epiphany. You can check dependency trees with Code: | emerge -tp <package> |
If you don't want Epiphany, you can emerge gnome-light instead of gnome.
