| I recently got a replacement hdd from the manufacturer and did a swap. I created the partitions exactly the same way on the new hdd, and copied everything over with 'cp -a'. Everything seems to work fine except xterm which keeps giving me 'Segmentation Fault' error when I try to start it from the console. I've update X to 4.2.1-r1 and did an emerge clean x11-base/xfree to clean out the old version but I still get this seg fault. Anyone have any insight please? |
