Is there maybe gentoo docs in chm format for download?

You're joking, right? Gentoo Linux documents in Microsoft's proprietary help file format? :roll:

All Gentoo documentation is viewable with a standard web browser. What particularly do you want to view while offline? Some of the documentation (e.g., the Gentoo Handbook) is optionally organized into a single html document so that it's easy to download and view offline.
