Hi are there any cross compiler packages anywhere ? like mingw, *bsdelf, sparc,.... if not is there a plan to have those sometimes in future ?

Isn't mingw basically a port of gcc and other gnu tools to windows? Mainly you just want to be sure to use cross platform libraries.
