Recently I emerged tuxracer and supertux, and they simply won't work. Outputs are:
eddie303@darkstar303 eddie303 $ supertux
Datadir: /usr/share/games/supertux
Warning: Unable to open the file "/home/eddie303/.supertux/config" for read!!!
Warning: I could not set up audio for 44100 Hz 16-bit stereo.
The Simple DirectMedia error that occured was:
No available audio device

I resolved the problem. It was that I emerged sdl with support for directfb, and it wanted to put everything on framebuffer console |
