Any free hosting companies out there?

Every time I start to build my website - a few scripts, a few 'rc's, a few screenshots and a few wallpapers. All I get is just some server that crashes every five minutes and when it's finally up, the speeds are sluggish.
Do you know any free hosting company that can provide me with at least non-sluggish hosting?

U even get a MySQL database, 100mb space, 1 gig bandwidth.
