I like QPS http://www.d.kth.se/~f91-men/qps/ but it requires Qt2.x, as there were signifacant changes in the table retlated stuff between 2.x and 3.
What's another good option? (preferably something with an ebuild).

News for anyone that followed my bitter rants about my dead f*^ked Gentoo system and portage complaints:
I reinstalled (the much improved 1.1.a) from scratch... so far so good. _________________ RUN! |

I like to use gtop, but I usually just go with top in a terminal.
I'm gonna move this topic to the Desktop Environments forum, better suited there. _________________ - Kyle Manna

I'm using gPS (gps.seul.org) it is very light and fast. I'm not sure if there is ebuild for it. _________________ Edvinas |

Nothing.
But if you've tried qps you'd see what I mean. It's the process manager on steroids.
Anyway, rightclick [signal of choice], is faster than: 'k', (lookup process number) '12345', '9'.
Really it's just personal preference. I like to have options.
I'm sure many have lynx and mozilla installed and use both depending on their mood or requirements at that time. _________________ RUN! |
