http -> https via proxy

Hi All,

Would apache or squid be a better https<->http proxy.

I'm just looking for a way that when someone hits up my linux box, it grabs the http from a preconfigured website, encrypts it, and forwards it onto the client.

Can someone please point me to a solution( and a little documentation never hurt either).
