winesetuptk and blank buttons

I've used winesetuptk in the past with no problems, but now I can't get it to work properly. The problem is actually some sort of UI issue with winesetuptk itself. When I run it, all of the widgets are blank and unreadable...which as you can imagine makes it pretty much impossible to use the program.

Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it? I've tried both versions currently in portage (0.6.0b-r3 an 0.7) and the problem occurs in both. I've also tried rebuilding my tcl and tk, but that didn't solve it either.
