My 'dmesg' output sometimes has this, but I grabbed it from /var/log/messages...

The messages file gets pretty large, as you can see from the frequency of this error. Any ideas? Do I have something configured wrong, or is it bad RAM? Bad cpu?

a "bad" cpu isn't likely, in most cases.
boot up a minimal installation cd and test your ram. |

I didn't think it was the CPU, however I thought I'd check.
I used Memtest86+ and it says the RAM is fine.
