Its Fall and winter is almost here. As i was cleaning my room one day I found some disks I havent seen in some time. They are my old Quake (I , II & Arena) for linux CD set. I was stunned. When I usta use Mandrake 8.0 that's when i had them installed and having fun. But When I moved onto 8.1 & 8.2 they were no longer loadable. Or shall i say playable. I forget now. Its been quitte some time. My question is, since they are RPM's how can I use them with Gentoo. I think I found a package rpm2targz similar to Debians-> Alien package, but since i am new to this ( i never even used deb) i am unsure how i should go about this. Any suggestions.. I think it would be great to reLivE my Quake Days _________________ ___________________________________
