Hey im new here.. and i couldnt see where to introduce myself to the other members on the boards.
So my suggestion is possibly create a 'New Members Area' so that if your new to these boards you can introduce yourself within this section?

If you read the descriptions of the forums, Gentoo Chat is probably the best candidate for introductions.

Ahh so it is, my being stupid put it in the 'off the wall' area, anychance it could be moved? its named 'hello all', or is it ok to stay where it is?

Either is fine. Gentoo Chat is just more oriented to discussions about Gentoo though.
