CAR PC what display should we get?

Hi,

we are building a CarPc kinda thing. Power supply is taken care of. What I'm still looking for is a front display. I would love to have that display have a couple buttons which i could connect to the computer and even better a touch screen and maybe even a CD drive included.

The CD drive is the biggest headache at the moment, who wants to climb in the trunk to change th CD?

I very much appreciate any tips and tricks and links ;-)
