Hey. My problem is that whenever I try to send an e-mail to places like hotmail.com, my qmail-send log reports:
"deferral: Sorry,_I_wasn't_able_to_establish_an_SMTP_connection._(#4.4.1)/"
Oddly, I am able to e-mail my isp. I have managed to get my qmail to receive the email from hotmail ( after a days work ), but i still can't send the mail to hotmail.
I have a dns server setup, and ports 25 , 100 are open.
I think this might be a problem with my router, but it should work anyway since i'm already forwarding the mail ports to the right machine.

w00t!!! 
after about an hour of searching I found out that my ISP, sympatico, BLOCKS all outgoing smtp requests exept the ones to them... I just had to smtproute my messages through them and it works!
Its about time!
