Hi there Gentoorians!
Can anyone please spend some time teaching me a simple and stupid thing?
How can i make my monitor TURN OFF after a certain period? Because, i use gnome, 2.6.7 kernel, blah blah, blah blah, and when the monitor goes off, it stays turned on, but with a blank image!! This makes it heat-up, consequently consuming some unnecessary energy. In a few words: Monitor's idle led stays green, instead of red
Please help me, and i'll thank you!! _________________ "# cat /dev/urandom >> /tmp/life" |
