Half Life

I am just wondering since i am an avid cs fan, would it be easier to use wine or winex for running half-life with cs(mod version) and is it difficult or run smoothly?

Winex would be your best bet.. I just emerged winex, editing my winex config files.. and was able to install and then run HL and activate CS and OF straight away..

Oh and check this thread for an appropriate command to run HL..
