Hey!
I have one problem with kde apps and ghostscript. If I try to preview for example kspread document I get the following error: "could not start ghostscript. This is most likely caused by an incorrectly specified interpreter".
I installed ghostscript before kde(I guess kde depends on it). Then I thought that there must be a ghostscript USE variable but according to http://www.gentoo.org/doc/use-howto.html there aren't.
Is anyone else having similar problems? I would be really thankful if someone could help me. |

Actually I solved this problem by opening kghostview and selecting settings/Configure kghostview then selected ghostscript from the list on the left and pressed configure button. Finally I had to edit interpreter to /usr/bin/gs. |
