how to include my software to the portage

I have made a software named Bolitaire, which is a enhanced ms freecell clone for DOS, Linux, BeOS and windows. I am preparing to release the source code also.

the programs itself is free and it depends on library which is also free.

I want to include it to the gentoo portage. How?

Have a look at Contributing ebuilds
