I didn't see the report, so I have no idea what it said. Any moderator may deal with reports to that thread.

I did post to your thread here, which did give you an indication of someone you could ask.

The intent behind that thread is to allow any moderator to handle reported threads. In the past, users would send PMs to multiple moderators, which was not a very good way to deal with them.
