i just got a new 1.4 box up and running, instlaled kde, and such, but there's no kdm init script in /etc/init.d/, only one for xdm. why would this initscript not be installed? how can i get it? |

The init.d script "xdm" is actually a wrapper that can launch one of kdm/gdm/xdm, depending on the settings in /etc/rc.conf. Look here for more details. |
