Yeah, my first boot on Gentoo and i got this
Mounting /proc...
The mount command failed with error:
mount point /proc does not exist
Give root pass....bla bla
Well, i got into the system with root passord to maintenance and i tried to run "mkdir /proc" and it says: readonly system
What do i need to do?
Many Thanks |

You must first remount the filesystem in read-write mode.
mount -o remount,rw -t xfs(?) /dev/hdxx /
I'm not sure if must specify the /dev/hdxx when you use remount but try. |
