Compaq Evo N800c or Apple PowerBook G4 ?

I'm looking for a now Laptop, so better I'm going to ask if anyone has made experiences with a
Compaq Evo N800c or
Apple PowerBook G4 667MHz.

-) Are there any known problems with Linux (ie: ACPI, Sound, GLX, ...) ?
-) What is the overall impression of the two laptops ?
-) Maybe any other suggestions for a notebook with P4m CPU, Radeon++ Graphics, Battery>3,5h, <3kg, good 15" display and quality case (not Dell's plastic crap)
