You need to post it to a bug on https://bugs.gentoo.org. Create a new bug named "kfiresaver ebuild" or something and attach the files (ebuild and digest) to it.
I believe the bugs homepage has detailed steps for submitting ebuilds. |

Although, in petu's defense, the link is neither big nor honking. It is in smaller-than-normal text and you have to scroll down a little bit under the "Developer Resources" header.
But, yes, a survey of the available documentation on the front page would have turned this gem up. |
