X broken for other users than local one...

I dont't know why, but since some days (ok, i had some crashes) i can't start x-apps from another shell.

In other words: When i open as user qeldroma under kde a konsole and su to root, root can't start anything. Always the connection get's refused.

The same, if i try to "ssh -X"...

I tried manually to add localhost via xhost, but no result...

Since that happens, in konsole i get not the normal (changed) boot-prompt, but "bash-2.05b$". However "source /etc/profile" does, of course, change the bootprompt to the wanted one, but X doesn't work although.
