I want to restrict qmail to only send mail from localhost, basicly so that only the web based client can send out mail. I have restricted the domains for it to relay already.
I found a howto, http://www.palomine.net/qmail/selectiverelay.html. When i made the changed to /etc/tcpd.smtp and followed the commands, i can still send mail from my home connection to the server located offsite.
What am i missing?? |

are you sending mail to the machine running qmail that you config'd to not relay? if so, that mail is not being relayed but being delivered locally. |
