| I'm installing Gentoo on my Xbox, and I'm having trouble finding a LiveCD that supports ReiserFS. In the xbox livecd directory on the gentoo mirrors, there are two iso images. One of them is a gz file, and it boots but doesn't have support for ReiserFS, only ext2/3. The other image is a bz2 file, but when I burn it to a cd it won't boot. I've tried booting other distro's xbox LiveCDs but none of those support ReiserFS either. Does anyone here know of a liveCD that will boot on an Xbox that I can use to install Gentoo on a ReiserFS partition? I've tried asking for help in the xbox-linux IRC channel, but nobody could think of anything to help me. |

on emule there is a video how to install gentoo in your XBox..

If you change your mind and decide to go with an NFS root instead of a native HDD partition I have just spent the last week setting my xBox up that way. If you search the forums you'll see all the issues which I ran into and the various solutions which I found to them.
