Alright, I'm not sure if this is a problem with gentoo or not... But recently (after doing lots of upgrading [ie, bootstrapping over top of a 1.2 install]), I've noticed that /dev is filled with many entries for all sorts of devices that I don't have... All of these devices end in a '-', such as /dev/hdg9-... Has this always been like this and I just never noticed it, or have a just created a very messy /dev directory? |
