hi!
i've a dualboard(gigabyte 568dx) with two pentium mmx 200mhz cpus on it.
always when i run a 2.4.x kernel on it i get tons of apic-errors but with the 2.2.x kernel works the board fine.
may you have a solution...

This is normal behavior. The errors were simply not detected/displayed in 2.2, but are in 2.4. These APIC errors are quite common with old SMP machines. Unless you are seeing actual stability problems, stick with 2.4. You can even comment out the printk() that displays the error if you want to keep your log files clean and short.
