gnome2 panel and 100% cpu utilization?

I have an edge panel that is hiden. When i move my mouse over it, my cpu goes to 100%. If i move my mouse off it it, it goes back down to about 3%!! This is not good !! Any one else having this problem, shoudl i submit a bug report

I found the bug on this one and reported it to the gnome developers. it seems that if you change the panel_hide_delay to 0 in gconf, then it freaks, it now works fine, if i have it set to 5
