|

I'm installing gentoo on Intel Celeron 500
everything is working fine till stage 2 to 3
When "emerge system" somewhere comes the
telnetd.
where i get the configure error:
Unrecognized option: --mandir=/usr/share/man
1. can i install system without telnetd? Already did in /etc/make.conf
USE="-telnetd".
2. if not 1., how can i avoid this error?
regards

This may be a crazy suggestion, and turn out to be completely irrelevant, but is it possible that you used nano to edit /etc/make.conf without using the -w flag, and it word-wrapped something that it shouldn't have? _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |
