no png images in GNome

Hi there

what librairy is responsible for rendering png images in GNome? I did a emerge --update world last night, but now GNome cannot render png images in the toolbar and menu's. Xpm images work just fine, so I figure it is the png renderer. Also, the icon selection dialog works fine, just like nautilus.

any hints ?

I faced this problem before. Just recompile "gtk-pixbuf".

thnx,

but after some debugging I found that I have some librairies compiled against libpng-1.0 but with the update I started using libpng-1.2 meaning that some librairies were compiled against the wrong version, somehow emerge didn't see this so now I am emerge-ing them by hand and it seems to work!
