As the title says, my previously working printer refuses to work.

The error from cups is:
E [14/May/2024:18:15:35 -0600] [Client 29] Returning IPP client-error-document-format-not-supported for Send-Document (ipp://localhost:631/printers/HP_OfficeJet_Pro_9010_series) from localhost.

I've removed and re-added it. Tried reinstalling ghostscript & hplip. Tried using it driverless.....always the same error.

I'd appreciate any help!

Did you lose net-print/cups-filters in your latest update? There was a change in dependencies (described in this news item) that meant it is no longer automatically pulled in by the rest of cups, meaning that "emerge --depclean" could remove it.

The Arch wiki item on CUPS suggest you will need net-print/cups-pdf.
