Having a problem with this package. I cant understand where it is getting this option '-rtlib=compiler-rt'
My system was LLVM/Clang with GCC fallback for those packages that wouldnt compile. But, it seemed like every update I had more build failures that required me to set the compiler to gcc anyway. So, I just decided to go back to it system-wide.
I cleaned out my package.env and env folder within portage directory, so there should be nothing left to cause this option to show up. But somehow it is.

| You need to build dev-lang/perl with the same compiler as dev-perl/*, unfortunately. |

Thanks!
Im doing a emerge -e to try to head off problems and it had decided to emerge this package before dev-lang/perl
I rebuilt gcc before the emerge -e.
Is there any other gotchas you think I might hit? |
