High power drain in idle (Ryzen 5500u)

Hello, can someone help me regarding high power draw in idle.

Approx. 2.86 is what should be (picture from last summer) (so my target is approx 3.00. Currently in Artix linux I get 3.55)
Current Gentoo idle is approx 4.5, right picture just for reference approx 5.4.
