Hi! Here are two patches for GNOME Shell 4 (gnome-base/gnome-shell). One removes the animation when hovering a window in the overview, the other removes the spacing between virtual desktops. The reason these patches exist is that these visual effects are annoying. kill-on-hover-eases.diff kill-virtual-desktops-spacing.diff _________________ - sf
