I have already installed steam-meta and steam-launcher after running steam I get this:

But it doesn't run steam launcher. What am I doing wrong?

As you are using Nvidia I would rebuild the drivers with 32 bit support.
x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers abi_x86_32 |

Just rebuilded nvidia with 32bit support, here is the log after running.

| Simply fixed by adding my user to a video group via /etc/group |
