Hi!
I do have an old IBM pc server 330.
But the box is missing cdrom!
Took a look at http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/gentoo/releases/build/
Couldn't find any floppy images!
What to do
I'm running gentoo on my workstation and i realy like it! Would like to have it on my ftp/apache server too![/b] |

Try linux on a floppy. Once you are inside a linux system, you can follow the install instructions almost to the letter. When it tells you to mount the CD to install, you would instead wget the tarball you need and go from there.
