| How do I enable "Browse with mozilla" in konqueror? I used to have this in a previous gentoo install... the netscape plugins option in konqueror is also missing |

Make sure you have mozilla detected by kde (use kappfinder).

You need to have openmotif emerged. If you don't have it, emerge it and re-emerge kdelibs & kdebase.
