After doing lots of stupid things in a row (starting with "emerge unmerge coreutils;emerge coreutils" and going downhill from there), I've compiled my way through stage3 again.
My problem is that "emerge -p world" now returns very few things because portage thinks lots and lots of things are installed that actually aren't.
How can I get the world file in sync with what is actually on my system? _________________ Stephen

Run `regenworld` as root. _________________ http://dhruba.name/ |
