Hi,
i've got a problem with emacs.
The emerge was successful but as soon as i try to start emacs the following error occures:
Fatal error (11). Segmentation fault. I've tried all 3 ebuild of emacs with the same result. A friend of mine has set up a new 1.3b system and emerged emacs with the same resullt. The solution described in the vi-segmentation fault topic isn't working with this emacs problem either.
I'm using Gentoo 1.3b with Portage 2.0.23
Anyone got a idea what could be wrong? |

Gentoo-Emacs is buggy for a while (i hope it 'll be fixed soon)
All you have to do is:
#emerge unmerge emacs
#FEATURES=-sandbox emerge emacs
(and visit https://bugs.gentoo.org/ sometimes) ;)
happy emacs!
