how many posts per page

okay, i got lazy and did not feel like counting. how many posts per page before next post goes onto next page?

men, i'm just freaking lazy today - this is such a simple task i could have counted all the pages by now - instead i'm here typing away!

there isn't a hidden way to change this in my, is there? at least i wasn't that lazy to search for this feature.
